A WiFiStand AP mounting bracket is an essential tool for Wi-Fi engineers who frequently carry out active Wi-Fi APoS site surveys.

EU customers - we cannot ship a single bracket to the EU due to Brexit / EU tax rules for total order values for EU importation under Euro 150.00 (before shipping costs). This is why we can only offer WiFiStand brackets to EU customers when they buy a (discounted) bundle of at least 2 units, totalling more than Euro 150.00 (before UPS shipping costs). UPS also act as import broker and may charge a small EU import fee from the EU based receiver before final delivery.

All global customers - Further bracket discounts are applied when purchased with Vantage Point Products 3m, 5m, 6m, 9m, and 12m tall Wi-Fi APoS mast tripods.

OVERVIEW:

All WiFiStand AP mounting brackets come with a built in 15/16" 24mm t-rail to simulate a ceiling mounted AP installation. The t-rail is designed to naturally hang parallel to ceiling / floor, but can be angled to face an AP outwards if needed (but not fixed in that position unless zip-tied). The brackets also have a built in female 1/4"-20 screw to attach to most tripods using a male 1/4"-20 screw.

SPECIFICATION:

Each WiFiStand bracket comes in a different size. The most popular purchase is 1 x XL and 1 x Meraki Wi-Fi 6 size as a combo. That gives the widest compatibility for mounting most indoor (not heavy duty) AP's on the global market.

The WiFiStand XL size AP bracket has an ID of 30.48 cm / 12 inches - the width will suit most ceiling mounted AP's (that come with ceiling mount kit to bridge the AP and WiFiStand bracket)

The WiFiStand Meraki Wi-Fi 6 size AP bracket has an ID of 35.56 cm / 14 inches - while not as tall as the XL, the Meraki Wi-Fi 6 size will suit Meraki AP's (that come with ceiling mount kit to bridge the AP and WiFiStand bracket) but are wider than the XL bracket (i.e. MR46 30.6 cm OD, MR56 32.6 cm), or Meraki AP's that are mounted facing outwards (not including the MR76, MR86, and CW9163E which need their own mount MA-MNT-MR-16)
