As we are all adapting to an ever changing situation, here at Vantage Point Products we wanted to assure you of our support and let you know what the current status is of any orders placed with us. 

Vantage Point Products is a small family-run business that is able to work remotely. During this time, to minimise any potentials risks, our stock picking, quality control and shipping process is handled by 2 people from the same household.  

Our approach at this time is that as long as UPS continues to offer collection from our shipping premises, then we would carry on fulfilling orders placed through our online store (or via Bank Transfer, following a personalised quote). 

UPS delivery and customs processing timescales may be affected, so we ask for understanding and flexibility when it comes to receiving your order. UPS has their own process for safely confirming deliveries without physically collecting your signature. 

We know that many of our customers are lone workers, so you may be continuing to carry out surveys across your various industries.
